Confirm Your Booking
Once you're happy to go ahead, we’ll find a time and date that fits perfectly around your schedule.
We work flexibly to fit around your plans, so you can choose a slot that’s most convenient.
Mornings, afternoons, evenings, or even short-notice appointments where possible.
Payment
To keep things simple, payment is taken in advance to secure your booking.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash, whichever suits you best.
For letting agents and regular clients, we also offer weekly invoicing for convenience.

On-Site Assessment
Assessments typically take 30–60 minutes, depending on the property size.
During the visit, key details will be recorded such as:
– Construction type (walls, floors, and roof)
– Heating system and controls
– Hot water system
– Windows and glazing
– Loft or wall insulation
– Lighting types
– Property dimensions and layout
If you’ve booked a floor plan, I’ll measure each room during the same visit.
You don’t need to prepare much, just ensure I can access all rooms, the loft (if possible), boiler, heating controls, and meters.
Report Delivery
Once the assessment is complete, we'll process your data and produce your EPC report, ensuring every detail meets the latest government standards.
You’ll receive your completed certificate the same day via email, including a direct link to the official government EPC register, along with any floor plans you’ve requested. If there’s ever a delay, you’ll be informed straight away.
